The week beginning 26 March is European E-skills week.
The European e-Skills Week 2012 is a European campaign focused on showing people how to get jobs through e-skills in the digital age. Building on the success of e-Skills Week 2010, the DG for Enterprise and Industry has again teamed up with DIGITAL EUROPE and European Schoolnet, to drive awareness of the need for e-skills and their benefits.
As part of this week we are hoping to offer learning sessions on LinkedIn, the professional online network. This is in partnerships with Leeds Libraries.
The session that we are planning are:
Monday 26 March, 10-11am: Basic LinkedIn
Wednesday 28 March, 1-2pm: Advanced LinkedIn
Thursday 29 March, 10am-12pm: PC Club (Drop-in session)
Please book on to these sessions by emailing europedirect[at]leeds.gov.uk
